Primal Echoes

"Primal Echoes" is a solo dance piece that explores the duality between love and hate toward the human body - our most intimate yet fragile vessel. We resent its limitations, its decay, its inevitable decline, while also recognizing it as the only thing that defines and connects us to the world. This tension is mirrored in the rise of artificial intelligence and technology, which advances with relentless speed, surpassing the capabilities of our biology. As AI grows, the human body becomes increasingly obsolete, caught between the desire to transcend it's fragility and the deep attachment to it. Through movement, "Primal Echoes" becomes a poetic and poignant goodbye to the body that once was everything to us. It is an elegy to a vessel that, despite all it's beauty and complexity, was never able to keep pace with the growth of our intellect, leaving us to confront the painful reality of it's inevitable obsolescence.
